Monday

I got a real late start at 8:30pm and plan on trying something a little different tonight. Updates later.
Well, I cashed in 0 out of 4 mtts and 4 out of 25 $26 45 mans with 3 wins and a 5th. Overall it was a decent night and I enjoyed putting in some 45 man volume.

Sunday

Got started at 3:00pm and I am hoping for a good productive day where I make good decisions no matter how I run. GL ME, updates later.
I cashed in 7 of 37 MTTs and 2 of 4 45mans and I won a HU SNG, but I also took a shot at the USCOOP ME and was not able to get winner on the day. I am still improving and have some things to work on.

Saturday, GO HOGS!

I got started playing poker at 3:30pm while the Razorback game was on. Updates later.
Well, I had one of those day where no matter how much you don't want to swim you always end up in the river, lol. I cashed in 4 out of 43 MTTs and 2 out of 11 45mans and was not able to get positive results for the day. I was able to keep my head together and not tilt after many unlucky situations which I am very proud of. I did notice a few things today that will have me possibly trying something a little different in my next session, I will keep y'all updated. GL ME

Friday

Went to a live MTT at 10am and then started online at 1:30 pm. Updates later.
Well, I cashed in 8 of 43 MTTs and 3 of 8 45mans to break even, it was a long day and I was getting pretty tired near the end. Overall I am happy with my minor comeback because the session started out bad, better luck tomorrow.

Thursday, Happy Thanksgiving

I am choosing to play poker to celebrate thanksgiving, getting an earlier start today than the past few days. I began playing at 3pm central and hope to just play good and make good decisions no matter how I run. I have had a few days in a row with no results to speak of and I am hoping I can change that today, gl me. Updates later.

Well, I had a decent day cashing in 4 out of 44 MTTs with a win in the $3r 4k on AP. I made several mistakes through out the day but I was able to see that I was making them,  and I will constantly work on fixing all that I find. I tried to adjust my schedule some today by dropping some of the lower buy-ins and adding a couple larger ones but ended up winning a smaller buy-in that saved my day and got me even. I will be playing a live MTT for the first part of the day tomorrow at Riverspirit, but I will probably play online after.

Wednesday

Got a little of a late start at 4:30pm but plan on putting in some volume while giving it my all and trying to keep improving. Updates later.
I had a decent day but couldn't get winner cashing in 5 out of 35 MTTs, 0 out of 4 45mans, and 1 out of 4 satellites. I FT bubbled my last MTT for a small heart breaker but overall happy with my play. My friend hixon1 continues to improve and its cool being there for his progression with poker. My plan is to keep trying to learn and improve daily while avoiding complacency.
I did get some good news today, I submitted a MTT hand history of my win in the $33 18k gtd. on stars to Sheet on Pxf and he did a leak-finder series on it that will be up soon.  I absolutely can't wait till I get to watch it. Sheets also had a couple nice things to say and said he thought it looked like I could beat the fifty dollar level, thanks Sheets, very motivating.

Tuesday

Slept in again and started playing at 5pm central. I plan on playing my normal schedule while trying 110% to make the right decisions. I play so much different than I did a month ago, 6 months ago, and especially a year ago. I have learned so much this year but still have so much to learn, I will keep applying my self and will not get content. Hard work and determination FTW! GL ME, updates later.
Cashed in 2 of 38 MTTs and 1 out of 2 45 mans, it was an okay night but just had to many almosts. I took another shot in a big MTT due to the COOP 4 having a huge overlay but didn't make the cash. I am just hoping to continue to improve and constantly work on everything that goes along with being a winner. GL ME

Monday, Bounce Back Day

I had a rough Sunday and then stayed up late watching TV, so I slept in and am getting started at 5:30pm central on Monday. I will be playing most of my normal schedule with hopes of lots of focus and good decisions. Updates later.

I cashed in 6 of 39 MTTs with a 5th in a $33 4k gtd. on Stars. I also went 0 for 2 45 mans. Overall it was a decent day, just a race or two away from winning some money probably. My friend hixon1 is playing more and improving and it's nice to be able to help out. I will be grinding hard tomorrow, gl me.

Sunday Shipaments

Got started at 2:30pm and I am feeling good. I would like to say Thank You to my friend Mike for going in half with me in the FTOPS Main Event, it will be nice to take a shot while playing my normal schedule. Updates later.
Started out pretty good but then bubbled the FTOPS ME and nothing worked out for me through out the night. I ended up having my worst night ever with 3 min cashes out of 43 MTTS and 0 for 10 in 45 man MTSNGs. Ugh, meh, blah and stuff. I know that the last two weekends I spent some money playing two live events and then took a shot today in the FTOPS ME, so starting tomorrow I am going back to the grind and plan on trying to make sure I am watching poker videos, saving tough hands for review, reading and posting in the forums, and talking poker with my buddies as much as possible along with the mad amounts of volume. I was lucky enough to have a great week online between the two live events, but I still had some extra expenses and bought the monitor so its back to work. The FTOPS ME shot was nice but I don't see another in my near future.

Saturday

I was up at 11am to go to a live MTT, I played well but didn't do any good and made it home for online at 6:30pm. Updates later.

Well, I cashed in 5 out of 26 MTTs with a 6th in the $5r 5k on AP. I also played two 45 man MTSNGs, an $11 and a $26 but did not cash either. Overall it was a decent session considering the late start and the fact that I was a little tired, broke about even but realized a couple more things about my game that will help in the long run. Planing on a good nights sleep and a big Sunday of poker tomorrow. 

Friday, 3 FTs with a 1st, 2nd, and a 6th

I got started around 4pm and feeling good, I have had four positive days in a row and will be trying to keep it going. Updates later.

Well, I cashed in 6 out of 39 MTTs with a 1st, 2nd, 6th, and a 20th. I won the $66 10k on AP, got 2nd in the $22 3k Big Ante on Stars, and 6th in a $11 2k on AP. It was another awesome day and my fifth positive day in a row. Also my friend hixon1 brought his pc over and played a session with me and I was able to help him quite a bit and it was cool. The Hard Rock Open was this week here in Tulsa and I played the first big weekend event of the series and cashed but did not get winner and decided that I had a lot better chance to make good money at home playing online, so after I got knocked out last Sunday I went to the apple store and bought a new 27" monitor and chose to stay home and play online all week instead of 1 tabling live MTTs at the Hard Rock. I lost Sunday night pretty good after some rough beats in the live MTT that day and buying the monitor, but did not get discouraged at all and strung together five winning days in a row. Now my plan is to keep rocking this positive even keeled emotion strategy while constantly trying to improve and playing lots of volume. GL ME

Thursday

2:30pm start, feeling good, gonna rock tonight! Updates later.

I had another great day cashing in 8 out of 33 MTTs with a 1st in a $3r 4k gtd. and a 2nd in a $5r 5k gtd. on AP. I also played 6 45mans but had no cashes. All in all it was a great day and I feel as if my game is improving daily. I have also been helping a friend of mine improve and thats going well too. 

Wednesday, feeling good, feeling fine, bout to make some players whine!

Feeling good today, coming off two small winning days and would like to keep it going. Getting started at 3:30pm and plan on a full schedule. Updates later.

I ended up cashing in 4 out of 40 MTTs but did get a 2nd in a $27.50 30k gtd. on Stars. All in al a good night but this is my third 2nd in three days, I need to ship. My plan is to keep playing a lot and working hard to keep improving. GL ME

Tuesday

I got started at 4pm and again was excited for another day with my new monitor. It is bigger and has a much better resolution so there is some experimenting with table positioning and other small differences. One major difference was the dry blurry eyes I had yesterday, and then today I got a headache rather quickly, so I did some research and the problem was my lighting. So I changed the lighting conditions where I play and my headache went away and I was able to play all night without any problems with my eyes. Although I won yesterday I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the small downswing I was on for 3 or 4 days before the live MTT I played over the weekend, the money I spent at the casino, the money I spent on my monitor, and the losing session I had the first night I got my monitor so I have been trying to constantly work on a better schedule of MTTs to get the most value out of my session. Today was a decent day, I cashed in 5 out of 38 MTTs with a 2nd in a $11 5k Sniper on AP. Now I plan on spending a little time watching some poker videos and then I will go to bed and do it all over again. 

Monday, back to the online Grind!

I got a nice early start at 2pm and was really excited for another day of play with my new monitor. I had a decent day overall cashing 6 out of 45 MTTs with a 2nd in a $16.50r 5k gtd. on AP. It was not a great day but I did mange to recoup a few buy-ins from previous days. I also played nine 45man SNGs as my session was winding down and bubbled one, and won one of them. I do believe I am playing well and plan on putting in some hard work for the rest of the year.

Sunday

Third day off in a row from online poker but today is day 2 of the 100k gtd at Hard Rock Open, It was a 340 re-entry tournament, so if you busted in the first two hours of day1a or day1b you could re-enter. It took me four entries but, two each day but I made day 2 on my fourth entry. There is 150 left and 72 get paid. I have 63,200 chips and average should be around 50,000. The blinds will be 1k/2k 400 6mins after play begins today. GL ME
Got done with the live MTT around 4pm, 40th out of 716 but did not recoup buy-ins. Then went to the apple store and bought a 27" high resolution monitor so I can more effectively multi-table MTTs. I got home around 6pm and decided to play a session. I played well but had only 4 cashed out of 34 MTTs for a losing day. I really like my new monitor and will get back to grinding hard this week.

Another day off from online poker for Day 1B of the 100k gtd at Hard Rock Open.

Friday

Took a day off from online to play a live MTT, it didn't go so great but I feel I played pretty well. I will probably going back tomorrow as well.

Thursday

4pm start, feeling pretty good and I plan on having a great day. Updates later.

Cashed in 6 out of 43 MTTs but could not get winner, again I had some brutal almosts, but they way I feel about that is just don't worry about it and concentrate on making the best decisions you can before and after good and bad things happen, try to handle it better than anyone else could. I did manage one FT for a 6th in a $44 7.5k on AP, and I won an $11 45m sng on FTP. My game is evolving and I think I just need to keep working hard and make sure I try to keep improving not just playing. I might possibly be playing some live poker tomorrow and the days to follow, there is a tournament series at the Hard Rock Casino here in Tulsa, OK. GL ME

Wednesday

Started a little before 4pm, feeling good today. I always feel good the day after I get lots of things done. I plan on playing well and making some money. Updates later.

Cashed in 7 out of 39 MTTs with 2 FTs 5th in $33 4k and 5th in 16.50 1.5k both on AP,  but was not able to get winner. I had my friend David watching me play and I was explaining things kinda like the pros do in the videos and I think it was good for both of us. I am still trying to figure out the best schedule but think it could be an ever evolving process. I also think I need to be trying to watch more videos and continue to work hard with poker stove and shove and call charts. Although I want my improvements to show themselves immediately and hope to reap instant rewards from them, I know its a long process that will require hard work and dedication. I just want to keep my nose to the grind stone. GL ME

Tuesday

Took a day off from poker to get some chores done and errands ran. I did log on to PxF for Sheets sweat session while watching the FT of WSOP. I also pulled up the TPE chat and was immediately met with haters, I guess I have been doing something right for people to be hating on me, lol. Back at it tomorrow.

Monday

Got a late start at 6pm, almost took the day off, hopefully I can do some good. Updates later.
Well, I am not happy right now. Cashed in 1 out of 30 MTTs and the one cash was not for much. I was doing real well and then I have had three rough days in a row. I wish it was just variance but I believe I am personally responsible for some marginal plays and some focus related issues. Contrary to popular belief playing online poker is not easy and takes lots of preparation, focus, endurance and emotional control. I plan on probably taking a day to reflect and get some chores done and errands ran so I can feel good about my next session. I have been playing so much and so hard that my laundry is piled way up and some general errands have been put off. Usually after getting a lot of stuff done and cleaning I feel pretty good and that will be the plan. More than likely back to poker Wednesday. GL ME

Got started around 4pm and cashed in 7 of 44 MTTs but had several almosts and couldn't get winner. I am struggling with a couple things and will wrap my head around it soon. Hold your head up.

Ugh, I cashed in 2 out of 45 MTTs and both were min cashes. Also I have been slowly adjusting my MTT schedule and moving up a bit so today was also I think my worst ever. But overall I do not think I played bad it was just variance kicking in and I am sure some marginal decisions. I will be back at it tomorrow.

Friday, Freaky Friday, 1st $33 18k on Stars

Decent start a little after 3pm, planning on having a great night of focus and concentration. I believe my game is improving but I am at a stage where I have shown improvements and results but need to try even harder to not get complacent. So I am hoping to make sure my volume is mixed in with lots of videos and poker tools and I need to constantly chat with other poker players and review my play. GL ME, updates later.

Just an okay night, I cashed in 5 out of 33 MTTs with a 6th in the $3r on AP and  a couple almosts and could have beens. I am still in one right now and ITM so hopefully I will have another update. The chat room was a little negative feeling today so I turned it off and played with less distractions and that wasn't bad, I always try to keep the chat up because I get so much help out of it, but sometimes it is distracting. I am also trying to adjust my MTT schedule a little bit and find the best MTTs for me, I have been adjusting it a little everyday. I am hoping to have it figured out soon, but it could be a never ending process. Well, back to this last MTT, GL ME.

Well, managed to be able to comeback for one last update, I shipped the $33 18k on stars again, so awesome, I was chip leader for most of FT but fell behind 4 handed and was then a major dog HU but managed to pull through.

Thursday

I got a late start today about 6pm due to being up late with phantom pains, but feeling good now and going to try to have an awesome evening. Updates later.
Cashed in 6 of 20 MTTs and broke even on the night, I was also in a contest on P5s where we had a 13 MTT schedule and top 3 scores made by each player were tallied up and highest score won, I was leading and it was down to me and one other guy, he needed a top 3 to pass me and if he did I would need to FT the one I was in. Well, I lost with AK vs QQ and he made top 3, but it was a lot of fun and I was first to congratulate him, luckily the contest paid 2 spots and I will get to collect that tomorrow, sure was a lot of fun.  I feel like I have leveled out a little bit and I am going to light a fire under my ass to keep improving and trying 110%.

Wednesday

Got started around 4pm, it's not my desired start time but I keep staying up so late its been about as early as I can start. I am hoping to slowly work towards a possible 1pm start but my last two MTTs of the day kick off at 11pm and that might lead to some long days. I am planning to continue trying to learn all of the shove chart ranges and continue to work with poker stove. Also tonight there is two sweat sessions on PxF and I have been trying to attend them all and get the most out of it. Updates later.

Cashed in 4 of 26 MTTs with one FT in a $66 7k on AP but was not able to get winner for the day. I was a little meh today and not to happy about that but I think it was mostly due to a headache. Until next time.....

Tuesday with Trishelle, I LOVE DATE NIGHT

Got started about 4pm after going to Quizno's for an Italian Torpedo. I am going to play hard and make good decisions, updates later.
Cashed in 6 of 30 MTTs and had a decent night but was not able to get winner. I am improving and my thought process and decision making is getting stronger daily. My friend Bootwray hit a score in 109T on Stars and will be back grinding, gl Boot.
I plan on continuing to improve my schedule of MTTs and continue to watch videos and work with poker stove as much as possible. I have also been using the shove charts a lot and I am starting to not need to look. Now I will finish watching this video on TPE and then get some sleep so I can grind tomorrow.

Monday!

Got started a little after 4pm with a plan to play my normal schedule with some minor tweaks to it, and of course be a part of the Fox HH review session on PxF tonight. I am hoping to continue my recent success but most importantly just continue to improve. Updates later.

Cashed in 6 out of 29 MTTs but did not manage a winning day. I did finish the day with a FT in a $16.50 1.5k on AP but got 4th. Overall another good day of playing improving poker and plan to keep it up. GL ME
