2010 was a great poker year for me, I used hard work and determination to build a BR and learn a lot more about poker than I knew was possible and I am still improving. I am hoping to end 2010 on a good note, 1pm start and a full schedule today, updates later.
Unfortunately not the day I was hoping for, I ended up cashing in 4 out of 48 MTTs with no good scores. Tomorrow I am spending some time with the family but will grind in the evening.

Thursday
1pm start and ready to play good no matter how I run. I already took a couple ugly beats in some of my first few MTTs and I get a big sense of confidence when the two-outer or the ugly river that costs me brings no emotion, I just simply keep playing and that helps me know I have an edge over a huge percentage of the other online poker players out there. I truly believe the fact that I am able to get up and play everyday motivated with a strong sense of BRM and tilt control has to give me an edge over the field. Several of the players I have come in to contact with through chat and forums do not try hard enough to master BRM and tilt control, and I believe no matter how good you are at poker, if you are lacking in those two areas you are not there yet. As I get better at poker I believe I will soar from my attempts at mastering BRM and tilt control.
Today I will be playing my full schedule and while still doing mild changes to my MTT lineup, I will still register 1pm through 8:30pm. I am hoping for a great day and an awesome end to 2010, updates later.
Had a decent evening winning one of the earlier MTTs I start at 2pm that finished around 9pm that guaranteed me to be at least even for the day, so I was really trying to bink another score to clear a decent profit for the day, I ended up cashing in 5 of 43 MTTs with the one win, and I cashed in 1 out of 6 45mans. Below is my FT pic and a pic of me 16 tabling at my busy point of the day, it was 12 tables on my 27" cinema display and 4 tables on the 15" macbookpro.

Well, we are ending 2010 and I am hoping to finish the year strong, yesterday was not that great but overall I have been doing well lately. I got started a little after 1pm and will register through 8:30pm, updates later.
I cashed in 6 out of 44 MTTs with two FTs but was not able to get any of that top 3 money and did not get winner on the day. I did get some good news, I am finally ranked now on P5's, lol, it's the small things in life, I put up a pic of the contest thread so You could see my new badge. Also the bigger of the two contests on P5's I am in for January had their draft and I ended up on a great team and I am quite excited, we have already exchanged AIM info and one of the guys already helped me with a hand, I love the poker world.
Also below is a pic of me twelve tabling, a pic of my final four MTTs I was trying to go deep in, I cashed all four and made two FTs but no wins.

1pm start hoping for good things.
Cashed in 5 out of 40 MTTs with 1 FT on Carbon, 1 out of 1 satellites, 0 out of 3 180s, and 1 out of 10 45mans. Overall it wasn't a bad day I just didn't have any results to speak of and was not able to get winner.
I did do some more changing of my MTT schedule, I took out most of the 11s and added a couple 75s while playing a couple less mtts at once most of the day, the change reduces my volume some and increases my daily overhead but I am willing to give it a try.
I am signed up for two team contests on P5s for January and even though most guys use the contests for motivation,I find them fun and already play so much that motivation is apparently not an issue for me. Hopefully whatever team I get will have a better showing than my team did in the Dec. contest.

Monday

Got off to a great start and was building stacks after being short and crippled by making great comebacks by using my strengths, tilt and emotional control and making good decisions no matter how I run. I won't say my decisions are always correct but they are usually made without emotion. Had some rough hands come up and was not able to make any of my early deep runs pay off. I was able to review a couple of my tough hands in the HH review with Fox on PxF and it was very helpful. I am still in a few mtts and hope I can finish well.

Sunday Shipaments
11:30am start and going to play some majors today. Updates later. GL ME!
I cashed in 6 out of 40 MTTs and had a few deep runs in majors, overall it was a good day where I learned a lot and I was glad to recoup some of my buy-ins by cashing in the majors even though I came up short in the tourney and loser for the day. It was a learning experience and there was several hands that came up that I was able to talk over with my friends. I also was able to do some more trial and error on my ever changing poker schedule and may have found a few things I want to try.
There is no final table pics today but I did take a snapshot of a sick table I was on in the FTP 750k with gboro780 and apology, and I also took a screenshot of the monitor my poker tables are on so you could see what it looks like, I believe I was 10-tabling at the time.

Thursday
Got started at 2pm and was ready to play well and hoping to turn around the small downswing I am on, but got my teeth kicked in all day. I cashed in 4 out of 44 MTTs and 1 out of 10 45mans but ended with my fourth losing day in a row, meh. I will not give up and am proud at how I didn't get to down and played right through the beats without tilting. I still have a lot of work to do before I will be as solid as I need to be not only on my game but in my routine and how I take care of myself, I hope to continue to improve in all these areas, GL ME.

I was up at 10am and am still on the schedule I want but had several errands to run today and didn't start playing poker till 5pm. I am coming off a less than stellar two day downswing and am hoping for some bounce back today, GL ME, updates later.
Well, I cashed in 3 out of 25 MTTs and 1 out of 12 45mans for a meh day. I believe tomorrow will be approached a little different with a few videos watched in the morning, GL ME.

Tuesday
Up at 11am and going to get some grub at noon, I'll be back to start my session shortly with hopes of crushing souls all day, updates later. GL ME.
Well, I had a bit of a rough day and ended up getting pretty tired at the end of my session. I cashed in 5 out 45 MTTs with 1 FT, 0 out of 2 satellites, and 2 out of 5 45mans. I don't enjoy two rough days in a row after a good week but it is important that you can roll with the punches and understand variance. I have some things to do early tomorrow so I will probably be starting late, GL ME.

Monday, Happy Birthday ME
My birthday present to anyone that reads this blog is, leave a comment so I know who is actually reading it and I will try to tailor my posts a little more to give what y'all might want to read along with my daily progress report.
Today I started at 1:45pm and I plan on having a great day. I really like several of the MTTs that start earlier that I have been missing and plan on trying to keep and earlier schedule from now on. Updates later.
I had a decent day with a few deep runs, I cashed in 8 out of 37 MTTs but no big scores. I also played 14 45mans with 1 win and 1 satellite with no success, overall it was a decent day and I feel the last couple weeks were good for me, more grinding to come.

I am up at 9am and will probably start poker at 11am, it is nice to have my sleep schedule fixed for an important online poker weekend for me. I am hoping for another great day like yesterday, maybe even better, GL ME, updates later.
I cashed in 6 out of 34 MTTs and 0 out of 4 satellites but had a good day overall even though I was not able to capitalize on my big shots today. I did make two final tables for a 5th in the 30r on Carbon and a 5th in the fifty-fifty on FTP. Tomorrow is my birthday and I will be hoping for another productive day, GL ME.

Well, I had a great day even though I did not do well in the big MTT of the day. I cashed in 11 out of 46 MTTs and made 2 FTs and hit a new hi score. Overall a great day and I am excited about playing some more tomorrow, GL ME.

After the thursday night session I went to the store and decided to play the mini ftops and a small schedule of MTTs that start around at noon and stay up late to be able to have a better sleep schedule for the weekend so I can play the 216 2 day and the 640 1 million. I cashed in 0 out of 17 MTTs 1 out of 1 satellites and 2 out of 5 45mans. Overall happy with my decision and excited with my chances this weekend, GL ME.

Well, I cashed in 7 out of 54 MTTs and 1 out of 7 45 man SNGs. I won one MTT the $11 2k gtd. on AP and I won the 1 45 man I cashed in, All in all not a bad night. More grinding tomorrow.

Wednesday
Started at 6pm and was ready for a good night of poker along side my friend hixon1. I cashed in 6 out of 35 MTTs with two final tables and a couple real deep runs that wis bringing much hope. I got 20th in the mini ftops #22 the 30r 300k gtd. and had a deep run in the 50/50. Overall it was a great night where I feel some of my improvements where shining and I was able to enjoy a lot of support from my friends, thanks guys. More P5s contest and mini ftops grinding to come, GL ME.

I had a decent night cashing in 7 of 35 MTTs with two final tables and won a $26 satellite for a $640 seat to a one million gtd. MTT on Sunday the 19th, was a one winner satellite too, sweet. Still a few more days of the P5s contest and min-ftops so more grinding to come.
On another note I am happy to admit I am improving and I hope to keep it up. One thing that has been helping me lately is to try and help my friends, sharing knowledge keeps the mind working and is good for both the student and the teacher.
